Overview

C-CIARN Fisheries facilitated communication and research on the impacts of, and adaptation to, climate change on fish, fisheries and aquatic resources throughout Canada. During its operation, this C-CIARN offices organized workshops and several major conferences across Canada to bring researchers and stakeholders together to advance efforts to address climate change impacts and adaptation options for fisheries and aquatic resources.
